You’ll need a minimum of 8 people – all paid one week prior to the event. It’s super easy – I’ll set it up  on my website and send a link to you. Many people choose “Open Studio” style party which means you pay a $24 deposit then pick a project when you show up. All of the deposit goes toward your purchase. No refunds if you spend less than $24. Check out some of our Project Choices that we have in stock. 

If your guests want to preorder a specific project, here’s what they will do:

1. Choose a project. Search in the “Workshop Projects” and “Limited Edition” projects to see the options. Please type it in the “Project Choice” box when you register.
2.  Do you need a stencil for your project? Browse  the “Stencils” section and type your choice also in the “Project Choice” box of registration.

Does your group have a specific budget, goals, or  time frame, etc.? We can set up a party to meet your needs. Please contact us so we can plan the perfect party.

Travelling/Mobile Parties

If you have a group of 20 or more and are local, I can travel to you if necessary. This does limit your choices for projects though. Everyone will need to do the same kind of project (everyone paints a door hanger, everyone paints a canvas, everyone makes a stenciled project, etc) Individuals may choose different variations of the project though. For example, if you choose door hangers – each person can paint a different shape. Or if you choose a stenciled project – everyone does the same size frame, but can choose between 4 stencils, etc.
